‘Dairy+ Europe’ is a project funded by EIT Food with aims to help dairy farmers find profitable, practical ways to reach net zero by 2050 while improving biodiversity, water quality, and soil health. The project is led by ARCZero, and facilitated by Birnie Consultancy in Northern Ireland. It is supported by Queen’s University, Belfast, Cadbury UK and Carbone Farmers

We are recruiting a number of dairy farms from Northern Ireland to develop practical, farm-specific sustainability plans by putting your farm through a carbon calculator,  letting you hear from farmers who have already done it and giving you the tools to improve:

  • Soil health and grassland performance

  • Herd efficiency and animal health

  • Input use and cost control

  • Biodiversity and water quality around the farm

Apply now by clicking the 'Apply Now' button below.

Deadline: 30th January 2025
